REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In purchases made through www.cultandglint.com, our customers can use the right of withdrawal within 14 days without any justification and without penalty, as required by the Distance Sales Contract.

Products that are produced by special order, whose size or color etc. are changed according to request or with special writings on them are excluded from the scope of return.

The product to be returned must be unused, its package and box must be undamaged, the label and the protective tapes on it must have not been removed, the wet signed certificate must not be lost, and must be available for resale by the seller. After the product is examined by our experts, the return process is initiated.

For returns and exchanges, you must fill in the return product form on the website and inform us of your return request. After the necessary investigations, you will be contacted through the communication channels on the relevant form.

The invoice, package, certificate of the product to be returned must be sent together with the products sent as promotion, if any.

Return shipping is owned by the buyer. The return part of the invoice to be returned with the product will be filled and signed by the BUYER.

CULT & GLINT will return the total price to the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
